Return & Exchange Policy

Melanin Child Stories is happy to exchange or refund your items provided you have a valid receipt.

This does not apply to wrapping paper, where refunds or exchanges will be given only if the paper is not damaged.

Books and dolls must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipts.

Your right to an exchange of damaged items has a return period greater than 60 days in accordance with your statutory rights.

We will refund to your original payment method.
